No signal from Earth

Joseph loves watching the weather. He would be a great meterologist! He recieved a weather radio with a crank(so you do not have to have batteries) and a flashlight with the same crank. He listened to the radio trying to find a signal....then in typical Joseph deadpan voice replied, "There is no signal from Earth" LOL Thankfully he did find a signal!
