Where did the pictures go?

I have been crazy busy and VERY frustrated that my pictures will not load. I do not know why? I have tried to figure it out. I have joined help groups. I have found no help. I have expended about as much time on it as I can right now! I need a computer/camera prodige in my house. But, alas, I do not have such a child! So I remain picture less.
